🌸 We’re Hiring! Store Host / Sales Associate – Estero, FL 🌸

Love flowers, beautiful spaces, and welcoming people? We need an outgoing, organized professional to be the face of our Estero Flower & Gift store!

We’re a cozy neighborhood flower shop that has grown into an internationally recognized floral event company — but our heart is still all about personal service, creativity, and attention to detail. Our team includes talented floral and event pros (many from luxury hotel and hospitality backgrounds), and we bring an anything-is-possible attitude to everything we do.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting and welcoming clients into our store
• Assisting wedding & event clients during consultations
• Managing appointment calendars for our event team
• Taking flower orders in-store, by phone, and online
• Helping customers find the perfect gifts and arrangements

You’d be a great fit if you: • Have at least two years’ experience in retail or sales, preferably luxury or hospitality-focused • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Consistently provide attentive, personalized customer service • Thrive in fast-paced, high-end retail environments • Have a keen eye for detail and organization • Present a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

You’ll be the face of our store, creating warmth and beautiful experiences every day.

We did it! We managed to have the ceremony on the beach in the coldest day ever here in Naples, FL. It started with 36F° and ended with 42F°. The wind was so strong that you could see the sand flying trough the air. We all got sand blasted, including the bride & groom & their guest .......
Thankfully the sun was out 🙏 🙌 ☺️
It was all so worth it.
